Return Policy

We strive hard to make you a great garment with a fabulous fit. Or a saree which you are thrilled to flaunt.

In case we do not live up to your expectations, we will be happy to remake your order at no extra cost*- In case of a blouse or garment. And replacement for other accessories, based on the availability. Alternately, if you would like to return it, we could offer you a store credit or a full refund in the same method of payment as used by you to place the order.

  • Altered or Remade products are considered as ‘Final Sale’ items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Amount availed as as refunded CREDITs to your account cannot be claimed as cash or as a refund back to your bank, once you have accepted the return for store credits.

NOTE: Our INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS have to bear the charges of shipping in case they want to return their order for a full refund. Also, returns will be accepted within 30 days from the date of order delivery only.

To avail this service and for a reverse pick up within India, please get in touch with us to request for a reverse pick up no. (RPN).

You could also ship it to us using a courier service convenient to you and we will credit Rs. 100 into your account on receipt.

While designing your bespoke blouse, please note that the live rendering on the model is for representation and when your actual blouse is custom made for you, there may be slight differences to the represented image. Sarees with Artistic or Hand Worked elements may also slightly differ in color and motifs to the represented image.

Please note that our QC process ensures that your final ready order will be checked against the specifications and measurements provided by you before it is sent out for delivery.

But in case of a situation where you do not want to avail of our one time free Alteration or Remake service within India, you can return your blouse, saree, accessories or other garments within 30 days and get store credit for the same amount, to use on our website, or a full refund in the same method of payment as used by you to place the order.

*We accept Returns and Remakes, within 30 days of your order delivery within India, if the product is in an unused, unworn condition with the ‘Do not remove unless satisfied’ Tag still attached to it. We reserve the right to deny a Return or a Remake in the case that the product is damaged or soiled.
